С клиентом получилось проще, чем я думала, с ним было интересно болтать, его мнение о Минске, что там дитатура по запуганному поведению людей сильнее ощущается, чем в других диктатурных странах. Даже быстро время прошло, надеюсь придет еще. Подарил цветы, какие же они красивые, пялюсь на них и озв возникают.
Потом созванивалась с врачом и назначила ОП, купила билеты. Решение принято. Попеременно нахлынывает то пвк, то озб.
Выпнула себя на бокс (оказалось несложно, т.к. не такая жопноусталая была, как весь ноябрь, просто сонливая, железо, видимо, восстановилось). Были упр на технику- ура, но очень недолго- не ура.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
