Расшифровываю почерк врачей из своего диагноза. Впервые за 4 года посмотрела на свой рентген позвоночника. Посмотрела на смещенные позвонки в некоторых местах, сразу представила как я хожу двигаюсь и поднимаю тяжести. И спина заболела). Мнительность.
Почерк врачей это пипец, я наверно к концу листа диагноза выучу одну часть анатомии человека. Фрагмент знаний по медицине. Я теперь буду ходить только к тем врачам, которые делаю заключение на компе и распечатывают.
неск часов пишу письмо врачу. решила описать точный диагноз и в итоге занялась расшифовками). Немного стало интересно самой понимать болезни спины и разобраться наконец в своей. Это первый шаг к выздоровлению, а не слепо верить врачу

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
