Потренировался утром до работы и словил недетскую бодрость. Захотелось описать это состояние, оно иногда проявляется у меня, когда нет подавленности.
Кажется, что мне всё по силам - любое дело.Выполнить план на тренировку и добавить ещё по повтору в упражнениях. Решить любую задачу по работе. Переехать жить в любую страну. Всё вызывает предвкушение. Хочется прожить много жизней - и на все хватит энергии. Открываю ФБ - вижу - продают дом в деревне - хочу одну из жизней прожить там. Виду заметки парусной кругосветки - хочу вторую жизнь одновременно жить там. Вижу фотки со съёмок фильма - хочу работать на съёмочной площадке.
К обеду проходит, конечно. Особенно в такую погоду.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
