Коли не знаєш, що робити, коли закрадаються тривоги, коли загризає зсередини - йди в поля.
Йди туди. де небо торкається землі, де сходить чи заходить сонце, де дерква ріжуть горизонт, де крапки - то будинки, де світло видно на далеку відстань, де вогонь горить і стелить за дим хвостом, чи посилає вгору.
Коли пощастить - то побачиш гори.
Або і себе.
Дихай.
А коли тепло - то лежи. І лети до неба. Відривайся від тіла - і злітай.
А потім вернеш в тіло душу.
І може знатимеш, коли будеш ближче до грані, чи живий він, той, що на Сході. І може він озветься. Сам.
А коли ні - то навчись бути терплячою. Він сам цього хоче.
Він не буде мовчати, він не стане й кричати.
Він вірить. Він твій.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
