Нашла крутое правило для отношений. Если не подфартило со свободным отношением партнёра к сексу на стороне - считаю его самым нужным и адекватным.
Заключается в этом: «Если захочешь мне изменить – изменяй. Но озаботься, чтобы я об этом никогда не узнал(а). И ни при каких обстоятельствах не вздумай мне в этом признаваться сам(а)».
Суть теории в том, что если ты накосячил в отношениях – тащи этот груз в одиночку, не вываливай на партнёра. Если дорожишь им и хочешь сохранить отношения, не смотря на тягу «налево», позаботься о его спокойствии и не перекладывай тяжёлое решение на его плечи. И поэтому, перед тем как изменить, серьёзно подумай - готов ли ты это в себе таскать до конца жизни.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
