6:30. Записал обрывки снов (мало что помню). Чуть ли не вслух напоминаю себе: никаких новостей до обеда, только работа (один раз механически открыл новостной сайт, тут же закрыл). Я почти уверен, что проблема не в том, что мне надо именно работать, а в том, что я погружаюсь в НФ из-за постоянного *откладывания* работы. Если я соберу себя в кучку, то от работы будет удовлетворение, и весь день будет ощущаться по-другому, без этой плиты подавленности и тревожности, "нечистой совести", прокрастинации.
Мексиканский друг прислал свою книжку в pdf, буду потом читать.
Никаких новостей, никакого общения до обеда. Сегодня снова приезжает Д из Харькова до пятницы. Пойду сдам общий анализ крови.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
