Сходили с Т на 4600 метров. Переночевали на 4000, засев там в холодном гесте еще с 3х часов дня (без компов!), потому что все затянуло сильным туманом. А утром было охуенно ясно и красиво, вышли в 6 утра, поднялись за 3 часа. Перед выходом назад вдруг возникла сильная энергичность, которая держалась всю дорогу.
Ночью просыпался несколько раз и "уговаривал себя" не кончать во сне. Сработало, видимо - не смотря на возбуждающие сны. Проснулся окончательно в 4:30 в странно приятном и комфортном для такой высоты состоянии - и просто сидел на кровати, различая удв от жизни. 25 дпо.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
