оч важно как начинается утро.если оно клево начинается - с приятного потиска или клев сна или игр каких-нибудь, то потом тянется оооч длинный и клевый хвост.у меня седня с момента первого пробуждения (просыпалась неск раз) и потом часов до 11 - было оч клевое состояние. на 10.приятные ощ в теле, игривость,расслабленность - не было ОЗМ, спокойная уверенность,что все убдет хорошо, веселость и свежесть. круто было. работала на скалике с детьми и подростками.понравилось. влюбилась в одного млч-подростка.щас красивый закат. снова на скалик.теперь на тренировку.хочется.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
