Открыла селекцию. Предвосхищение появилось, когда увидела название новой: жизнь на высоких энергиях.
Захотелось практиковать первую, чтобы смочь накапливать много энергии, узнать что такое жить на высоких энергиях. И хоть немного приблизиться к тому что исп Бо.
Читала у фыр фыр седня: хочу начать практиковаться сначала. Тоже захотела начать читать селекцию с начала, выписать практики которые интересны и делать их.
Вот спину только вылечу и сразу количество энергии в теле увеличится. От болей в спине часто подавл в течении дня и как будто руки опускаются, ничего не могу. Ж есть, а сил нет. Хотя я всегда была очень сильной активной дв, не смотря на постоянные проблемы с телом и болезненность.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
