Отвечала на МС немного.
Продолжаю читать тему про М на МС и выписывать разные его проявления. В какой-то момент возникло восприятие МС как очень ценного ресурса. Где еще можно увидеть жизнь человека так развернуто и в течение некоторого периода времени? Еще от такого чтения возникает восприятие, что я внимательно изучаю человека, а не просто пролистываю кусочки о нем - все темы как на ладони, вот они, нет перерывов между главами. Захотелось перечитать так темы про разных людей на МС. Про Х захотелось почитать, только неуверенна, что прочитаю в итоге - такие всплески возникают, но кончаются ничем обычно.

I like a lot that there are no comments on !F. Here I have an impression that I am writing just for myself. I have less concern that my message will be evaluated.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
