Наконец-то выходной. Завтра никуда не нужно идти!) Хочется провести его дома.
Как и ожидалось сложней всего было подняться с кровати. Когда проснулась сразу хлынули мысли типа "а может ну его нафик эту пробежку, лучше посплю еще часик", но все же заставила себя подняться. Сегодня много не нагружала себя, после зарядки пробежала ~8-10 км., под конец уже было тяжеловато с непривычки. Как всегда слушала Эминема во время пробежки, здорово мотивирует). По большей части это конечно самовнушение, но с ним реально легче бежать).
Как и пообещала себе целый день не курила, даже как-то не тянуло сильно. Завтра планирую тоже не курить).

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
