помидорю, но уже не плотно - смотрю иногда мульты; накатывает подавленность временами, что плохо работаю, что я урод, что нет друзей, что я плохо поступаю с друзьями; про работу стараюсь успокаивать себя - я работа хорошо и много, я мало чего умею, но нельзя сказать что я халтурю, средний работник делает скорее меньше чем я. Я неадекватно оцениваю объем работы занижая его - а в итоге подвожу людей;
Делаю ВВ и фа в перерывах.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
