Немного чаты, потом задвинутость в работу. Разговаривала с сотрудницей. Отслеживала, чтобы не говорить противным голосом. Два раза исправила его.
Вп что время оч быстро уходит, а я ничего не сделала. Уже сумерки. Еще полчаса и будет совсем темно.
В целом сост слабоприятное, хотя периодически наплывают тревожности.
Делаю каждый час по 10 пор озв.
Наверное, я все-таки кончила седня во сне. Потому что время от времени возникают приятные состояния без усилий. Такое бывает после оргазма.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
