Гипотеза почему я хуёво живу - я оч глупо инвестирую свою энергию. Если сравнить с деньгами - человек, у которого мало денег и который тратит их бездумно на сникерсы - идиот. Он до тошноты обожрётся сникерсами, но будет валяться под забором. Я поступаю так же - мне ничего не хочется, и вместо того, чтобы копить энергию, я каждую свободную её кроху "инвестирую" в глупые и бесполезные дела - инет, в основном. Эти инвестиции возвращаются в виде слабых порций довольства, но жизнь моя стоит на месте. Надо не тратиться на мелочи, а копить на что-то большее (чтобы появлялись желания ФА, гулять, двчк и т.д.). Такие инвестиции дадут новые порции энергии и позволят начать энергетический сириуз бизнес.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
