Начал составлять план, выписал важное.
Нашел курсеровские курсы на русском, смотрю про секвинирование ДНК. На первый взгляд кажется достаточном простым. При этом я много не понимаю, но если поразбираться, то можно понять. Прикольно, что общий принцип понятен. Мне раньше было интересно, как выделяют ДНК из клетки, а потом как ее читают.
Трахал пальчиком письку А, ща сижу его нюхаю, нравится, как пахнет.
Стал делать фиксации когда смотрю фильмы, от них немного меняется состояние в приятную сторону + возникает желание выныривать из неприятного, пока пробую расслабляться, удобнее ложиться, тянуться или небольшое ФА.
Дочитал первую часть "мир пауков", интересно, раньше читал, уже все забыл.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
