ленивый день. точнее... не так. отсутствие мотивации заниматься по учёбе, хотя назревает жопа. это говно настолько старое, привычное и никчёмное, что взяться что-то делать сложно. сходил сделал лабу. дальше - зависание и тупняк весь оставшийся день.
что успел за день/ помог другу с деньгами. сходил в магаз. вечером растягивался. после - суперотличное расслабление, почувствовал настоящего себя без примесей. пожарил картофан, захавал с селёдкой маринованной. написал в блоге, это моё любимое занятие и для него мотивация находится легко.
зависимости/ сладкое: сожрал две конфетки и печеньку.бывшая: мысли есть. вк: новости теперь скучно листать, радует. сон: цель не достигнута.
в целом спокойствие.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
