сегодня сделал усилие над собой утром и сделал норм зарядку. сделал и отправил курсач. гулял. вечером ещё йога.
общее состояние недоконтролирования себя, расхлябанности какой-то. жёсткач по учёбе. тотальный завиs вконтактике. как когда нажираешься сладким и не можешь остановиться, так и тут.
всё-таки последние несколько месяцев я где-то не совсем здесь. совсем не тут. болтаюсь на волнах посреди огромного пустого пространства водной глади Тихого океана.
хочется спать. ДОспать, видимо. цель по режиму сна ещё не выполнена, но записи веду.
всем любви и понимания. учитесь слушать себя и мир вокруг.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
