5 мин эп. 50 прессов. Поливала и сажала - англ, испанский.
Мне пришла в голову гениальная идея - если я хочу знать что я делала в течение часа, надо записывать все чем я занимаюсь тогда, когда я этим занимаюсь! Вау. Как просто и прикольно. Теперь я точно знаю куда уходит мое время. И могу оптимизировать прямо по ходу, ловить себя за всякой фигней, укорачивать или прекращать ее.
На мемрайзе я все время печатаю быстро, несусь, нажимаю NEXT. Щас попробовала не делать этого, печатать медленно, без опечаток. Встревоженность сразу снизилась и появилась возможность наблюдать за собой.
Я несусь всегда и везде.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
