Почему-то спокойно и в целом приятно, есть ожидание приятного в будущем, хотя я ничего такого для этого не делала.
Думаю такое сост потому, что прям щас не чувствую себя полным уродом. Может так потому, что сегодня немного делала декламацию "во мне есть и приятное и неприятное". От нее состояние ненадолго, но заметно менялось.
Еще может из-за чата с Кволиком. Во время него казалось, что активируется какая-то часть меня, которая долгое время была подавлена. Возникали оттенки удовольствия, которые в общении с другими лд очень давно (или вообще) не возникали.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
