отправила работу на проверку, внутри представляю, как начальница смеется над этим убожеством. виню себя что начала делать все в последний момент, если бы начала делать вчера или в понедельник, то можно было бы больше посмотреть обучающего видео. чв сильно отравляет. до сих пор есть раздраженность и беспокойство.
иду на лекцию по истории Петербурга с моим любимым историком Львом Лурье. мне становится очень спокойно, когда его слушаю. представляю, что это мой дедушка, который рассказывает очень интересные и необычные истории о Питере и от этого приятно становится внутри. надеюсь состояние улучшится после лекции.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
