15 мин эп, 5 лекций про мозжечок, 26 мин. Клевую вещь узнала про его работу. В нем есть такой механизм, за счет кот можно оч быстро и точно действовать, если до этого долго практиковался. Но если начать продумывать движения, то этот механизм отключается и включается другой, кот работает медленнее. Так что сложные и быстрые действия лучше всего делаются на автопилоте.

Ща хочу сделать паузу в комповой интеллект деятельности и ниче не делать или может немного убраться в логове, вытереть пыль, подмести пол. Мне нра это делать.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
