читала сайт марка солонина - про волынскую резню 1943г. - автор Тимоти Снайдер. Нравится как он беспристрастно описывает, ищет причины трагедии, но не оправдывает виновников, называет вещи своими именами. Страшно представлять, как люди постепенно превращаются в нелюдей. Страшно, что это происходит и сейчас, на востоке. Очень хочется, чтобы эта война прекратилась.

работала 1 час 15 мин. Хочется все-таки иметь план - работать хотя бы 1 ч в день. Работа приносит удовлетворение, что я зараб деньги, уменьшает чсу, чб, чв, страх будущего, иногда повышает самооценку, когда она не совсем механическая. Важно только замечать и прекращать возникающие нэ, чтобы не отравляться.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
