Ходила в мкД, читала "исповедь еретика от медицины". Может там многое преувеличено, например, вред рентгена, но от прочтения сдвигаются ув, что врачи - такие добрые, внимательные, всеведущие боги, не совершающие ошибок, небезразличные к моему здоровью и жизни, одаряющие обычных смертных своим бесценным вниманием. Вспоминала некоторые факты из своего опыта взмд с врачами: неправильное лечение, попытки всучить ненужные лекарства , процедуры и даже операции, вранье насчет побочек и тп. Не хочу больше быть овцой и смотреть в рот врачам. Еще у меня есть су, что побочки - это для других, а мне повезет.
Искать инфу самой, не соглашаться на лечение сразу, научиться требовать своего и не подстилаться

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
