30 мин плавала, массировала душем колено, паровая, контрастный душ.
55 мин йога. После 2-х недель перерыва сегодня сложнее было вчувствоваться в упр, продышаться. А теперпь и вовске перерыв на месяц.
Если в табуле добавить свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок, то ваще объедение! Подсела на такой сок.
Хочется тихий вечер с мужем, смотреть Orange.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
