Клева выспался, снился одни длинющий приключенческий сон, я просыпался и снова засыпал и сюжет с теми же героями продолжался - там были ближневосточные восточные волшебные города из сказок алладина, принцессы и принцы, воры и убийцы, много паркура и полетов с башен на пальмы)
Устранял нэ - удивительно как сильно на мироощущение и на эм. фон влияют ув - я был ув что все плохо и чувствовал себя отвратно, стал устранять, пробовал разные техники - в итоге удалось. Понравилась такая позиция анти-чб\подавл - прямо сейчас у меня есть выбор, куча вариантов, я свободен выбирать, если я не вижу их, то надо присмотреться. Уже устранил 4 нэ - было сложно и было куча пораженчества - я с ним ссросся.

Only today learnt about !F and created an account. Have to admit, this site is interesting and special, indeed. The idea is quite the thing! I'll be keeping my diary in spite of anything. I like this anonymity so much!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
