Много работы. Но интересно. Увлекает. Хочется сделать очень хорошо. Концентрируюсь на работе. В выходные буду работать.
Вечером ходил в кино смотреть Макбет. Не в восторге, но актёрские работы хорошие.
Очень сильная тревожность вне дома и работы. На улице постоянно жду неприятностей, агрессии, аварий. Дома и на работе чуть спокойнее, но жду неприятных новостей с новостных сайтов. Как будто предчувствие беды - но я знаю, что это просто нестабильная психика, такое бывает.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
