Работаю, фиксирую музычку в ВД, осанку, разговор с самим собой вслух. Прерываюсь на приседания. Ненасытно жру куриную грудку из 7-11, разогретую в микроволновке. Сегодня съезжу на "оптовую" закупку.
На днях нашел hidden gem - программу для айфона для изучения слов (Мемрайз мне не нравится тем, что у него непонятный алгоритм и нужно подключение к инету, а тут, помимо spatial repetition, можно выбрать прозрачную систему Лейтнера с конфигурируемым количеством коробочек - она ближе всего подходит к рекомендациям Бодха и к моим личным предпочтениям). Взялся за 300 продвинутых слов английского - нравится и программа, и подборка слов - интересно, за сколько выучу их, отсчет пошел вчера.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
