2 частных урока, на кот было обычное состояние. Оно теперь гораздо приятнее, чем раньше. Но все же это еще негативный фон с островками комфорта и довольства и оч редкими проблесками озв.
Был интересный момент. На полу был узор от солнечных лучей, проходивших через жалюзи, он вдруг показался красивым, насыщенным, я вспомнила о доме магов, в кот женщина-нагваль сделала изгородь, через которую проходили солнечные лучи. Посмотрела на футболку клиентки, на ней тоже был какой-то узор, и его линии вдруг срезонировали с красотой. На 7-10 сек все стало легким, насыщенным на 4 и была свобода. Урок продолжался, я че-то говорила, но почти все мое внимание было в этих озв.
Различала придонную ядв.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
