Сг с 11 до 11 занималась делами, успела кучу дел сделать, довольная, особенно 2-мя, кот откладывала месяцев 8.
Относила в банк доки, была у 2 клиентов, ездила в Посольство Сингапура подавать доки на визу, продавала жн в отеле, сделала операцию и вставила зубной имплантант.
Во время операции возникал страх, кот в этот раз я смогла устранить, было приятное и спокойное сс во время всей операции, даже озв всплесками иногда возникали. Нр что смогла устранить страх и тревожность довольно сильной интенсивности, обычно я только могу сбивать интенсивность, а отравление и хотя бы слабый фон остаётся. Думаю птмч как только возникал страх я пыталась порождать озв, делала хреносечение.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
