Полтора часа - конфликт с Ю по поводу моей поездки в Непал. Сначала как обычно впала в нэ и действовала из нэ, то есть как получится, без раздумывания. Потом поняла, что это приводит только к эскалации конфликта, и что мной движет не желание решить конфликт, а желание доказать свою правоту и вызвать у него ответные нэ. В результате получилось найти оптимальное решение и полностью погасить конфликт, вернуться в обычное семейное состояние. Он клятвенно обещал, что больше эта тема подниматься не будет. Я не очень верю, но вариантов нет.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
