Начала разгребать бардак в разных местах. Снижение бардака приводит к снижению разных озабоченностей. Вчера составила план, что хочу чистить: почту, где скопилась 1000 писем по разным папкам, телефон с кучей фоток и ненужных старых смсок, вотсапок, какаотоков , кучу музыки на компе и тд. Сначала казалось что всего так много, что это не разргести. Придумала выделять день на каждый пункт. И сразу показалось что это осуществимо и просто. Сегодня с утра почистила телефон. Приятно ставить галочку, что пункт плана выполнен.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
