- смотрел курс "From big bang.." про устройство вселенной, нашей галактики. Ахренеть, я блин думал что знаю че-то, на самом деле ничего не знаю. Это очень интересно. Оказывается солнечная система несется со скорость 220 км/с вокруг центра галактики. А в центре нашей галактики черная дыра, которая по массе в 400 млн раз больше чем масса солнца. Галактики могут сливаться друг с другом, вызывая к жизни новые звезды. Очень круто)
- делал неподвижное лежание, одновременно ЭП (эмоциональную полировку) и пытался породить мурашки в теле. Понравилось, хочу еще делать. Боль в спине на это время прошла.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
