Неск раз в день отжим + на 1ой ноге отжим
Утром приятно от солнца, взнк увер что ща лето, и от этого было спокойно, беззаботно
Если утром попытаться исп что-то приятное, то я не успею впасть в НЭ, а еще бывает что приятное само взнк, просто так. Иногда удивительно, что несмотря на НФы и скуку приятное еще может прорываться, не бывает так чтоб всё время было хуево

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
