Переписывалась с К на две темы. Интересно подводить итоги обсуждениям.
Предложила ей не бросаться че-то менять, а сначала просто честно признать что есть такая-то хрень, не вытеснять ее и не преуменьшать. А потом жить с этой хренью, наблюдая за ней по мере интереса. Еще объяснила для чего все эти разборы - если хочется клевой, настоящей жизни, насыщенности, то невозможно оставить себе идеи-фикс и другие омрачения. И что каждый такой разбор - для того, чтобы жить стало клевее, свободнее.
Враждебности и ядв пока так и нет. Довольная этим.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
