Замечательно выспался сегодня, но ночью из полусна вырвала мышка, которая съела хлеб с мышеловки и убежала. Я лежал и ждал, когда же мышеловка схлопнется, но этого так и не произошло. Интересно, почему мыши-полевки не зимуют где-нибудь в более сытом месте, нежели моя спальня.
Через 4 дня открывается рега на випассану, хоть я и забил на нее после последней 10-ти дневной практики, но сейчас чувствую что должен еще раз пройти как старый студент, с более жесткими ограничениями.
Да, еще начал себя ограничивать в еде - конечно знаю что это бесполезно, и вес я потеряю как только выдвинусь в новый трип, но зимой хочется есть больше овощей и фруктов, нежели мясо и иже с ним.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
