Можно вплетать в свою жизнь по одному новому желанию в день или в несколько дней, неторопливо, пробуя их на зуб, повторяя. И выплетать. Не обязательно бросаться, различать и реализовывать сразу много желаний. Есть вероятность, что так они не задержаться, вспыхнут и забудуться.
Понятно, что есть страх резко менять свою жизнь и непривычно сразу сильно ее менять. А одно новое желание это не "резко", это один малозаметный побег, почти ничего не меняющий сегодня. Но если приживется, будет возникать снова и снова. И со временем, таких желаний вырастет огромное дерево.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
