Вроде обычный день: катался на байке по горам, сходил с девочкой в кино, вышел на балкон испытал чето приятное, в блог видео выложил. А если добавить анализ восприятий: Реализация рж гонять по лесу и горам на байке + физ активность, социальное направление - видео в блог и поход с симпаткой в кино. Кино на английском - фрагмент интеллекта + впечатления. Порождал озв, удерживал, прислушивался пока стоял на балконе - фрагмент исследования вв. И вот уже не просто день, а движение сразу в пяти развивающих направлениях.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
