На прошлой неделе М. дал мне граф планшет, старенький, попробовала - не получилось. Посмотрю уроки.
Позавчера К. утешил меня, так была расстроена своими накрутами, что не хотела с ним видеться. Он молодец - пришел, сразу указал (у него хорошо получается сделать как у инструктора) рассказать все, что меня не устраивает и что я там накрутила и рассказал как он это видит, и сказал, что ему не нужно делать мне больно и в таком духе. Постоянно говорит рассказывать (спрашивать), если появляется недовольство. Я пробую, сначала было трудно, но когда он проявляет интерес, то легче открыться. Думаю, такому стоит уделять время, потому что потом много времени освобождается от ругани и переживаний.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
