Предсказуемо кончил во сне удобно будет считать ДПО с начала месяца. Буду продолжать наблюдения за уровнем энергии и пытаться его классифицировать, искать соответсвующие маркеры.
В этот день долго спал и долго валялся, смотрел видео. Желание тратить энергию, творить, активно что-то реформировать радикальными способами сменилось желаем заполнить пустоту впечатлениями. Хочется также копаться в себе, искать и высвобождать залежи энергии из под всякого хлама.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
