-напряжение пред звонком чиновнику. гноблю себя за то что в предыдущем рабочем звонке сказала "ладно" вместо "хорошо" и сформулировала вопрос про отчество так, как будто я издеваюсь (хотя и не думала издеваться, просто растерялась). Интересно, сильно ли обижаются люди, если чужой человек им звонит по делу и говорит в конце "ладно"? это какая-то фамильярность наверное?может еще от тона зависит. Если бодро говорить "ладно", то меньше шанс что обидятся, а если вальяжно - больше
-страх звонка - это страх уязвиться. обещаю себе, что не испугаюсь,не буду оправдываться, буду разговаривать корректно и четко по моему скрипту! я молодец!

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
