Читаю Мартелла и понял как вообще пишутся книги. Автор ничё не выдумывает. Он только берёт начальную ситуацию, саму идею. А потом просто позволяет ей самой развиваться. Ну, например у Мартелла - начальная идея в том, что тигр и мальчик в оказались в лодке посреди океана. А дальше можно просто вертеть эту сцену в воображении и дорисовывать детали -- как они себя ведут, с чего всё началось, и т.д. Но не придумывать это, не вытягивать из пальца, а просто смотреть и фиксировать. Отсекать неинтересные, тупиковые "повороты сюжета" в воображении, собирать интересные. Если исходные данные есть и работает воображение, то ситуация разворачивается сама, и надо потом просто её записать.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
