Насыщенный день. Сделали уборку, есть облегчение.
Бегала 10 км, плавала 18 мин. С четверга не мылась – приятно было помыться!
Гуляли на Гинардо и сидели в баре в Грасии с коллегой Паши Ирой. Она такая красивая – глаз не отвести. И есть вп, что живёт насыщенно: любит борд, линди-хоп, велоптш. Было странно, что у нас ничего сексуального не будет. Но она просто обычная замужняя дв, хотя выглядит молодо для 38. Запомнились её духи, что редко бывает.
Никому не хочется писать, поддерживать отн, хотя иногда мех-ки возникает мысль что-то о себе написать. Но кажется, в этом есть самообман: как-будто у меня есть с кем-то близость, а её нет ни с кем, кроме Морошки и С.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
