Ахуеть. Ахуеть.
Начала тут перечитывать Селекцию - твёрдо решила для себя, что на сей раз читаю по-другому - обсасывая все, перечитывая и ДЕЛАЯ. Не спеша.
Попробовала циклическую смену состояний. Решила порождать и устранять одну из самых на сегодняшний день отправляющих, как мне кажется, НЭ - обиду на Б за то, что он меня не поддерживает. Будучи в спокойном состоянии, пыталась её породить-вспомнить-взбаламутить, но... не смогла. Не получилось. Трезво соображая, понимаю, что ну не на что там обижаться, 99% моей реакции на 99% ситуаций НАСТОЛЬКО высосаны из пальца, что пздц.
Ахуеть.
Практика не удалась - это как бы логичная оценка результата. Но я сейчас в таком ахуе, что вообще все равно.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
