Для меня, живущей в "надо", нашлась эффективная фраза: "нельзя бегать, если не хочется". Пошла в басик, плавала 45 минут, часто было удв на 7, наблюдала за ним. Было мало народа, без детей и музыки. В сауне часто возникает вв-е своей жизни как жизни в удвовольствие. Долгий душ, скраб из облепихи. Как же приятно делать себе приятно, заботиться о себе!
Смотрели фильм Говорухина типа про Довлатова "Конец прекрасной эпохи". Ничего особенного, но приятно смотреть на любимые пейзажи, еду, вызывающие ностальгию.
Новый мж в тиндере сразу позвал трахаться, я ему ск, что сначала хочу влюбиться. Он: вот в сексе и влюбишься. Некоторые не знаю, видимо, что это такое.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
