Банк, вкусный чизкейк, работа, на обр пути хотелось поиграть с Б в бадмик, но решила ехать домой, тк дофига дел. В парке наткнулась на Б, играющим в бадмик. Поиграла полчаса, было клево, босиком. Оч хочется, чтоб не надо было беспок о деньгах, а только знм чем хочется. Дома знм кассой, немного отвлекалась, но в целом собранность. Созвоны по скайпу отложила.
Вечером вялость, но выпнулась на ФА, оч понравилось в итоге. У меня с фа как с селекцией - одна не знм, а в группе и с тренером очень нра.
Сегодня 4 озверядки по 9 мин. Сделала аудиозапись как Сква и могу слушать в дороге, на велике - это охуенно. Сост стало не такое трв, как в последние дни. Есть озв, которые как вода для засохшей почвы.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
