Класс тантры понравился. Спокойная училка, красиво держащаяся, несмотря на возраст лет 45. Исп бсп, что С не понимает, что надо делать. Пыталась забыть о нём и следить за своим телом. Только один раз была с ним в паре. Больше всего была в паре с некрасивым, миниатюрным мл, но он хорошо владел телом, двигался, чувствительный. В конце делали массаж в тройках. Со мной была приятная нежная дв и этот мл. Не успела взять его тел, как он убежал в конце. Исп самоосуждение за это.
Вечером выключается ветер. Сильно приятна тишина и тёплый воздух.
Вышла из графика сна.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
