Хорошо начинать день с болтовни в тиндере :)
Утро (то есть 2-3 часа с момента пробуждения) - то самое время, когда у меня полно сил и я с легкостью могу отразить негатив других. Он меня не задевает, я осознаю свои эмоции, то, чего я хочу добиться и то, чего хотят другие. Под моим прямым ясным взглядом им стыдно в открытую агрессовать на меня. А вечером, когда сил нет, я прячу глаза, тушуюсь, ухожу от разговоров либо сама на пустом месте агрессую. Что делать? Дневной сон?
Или пора заняться каким нить спортом?

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.

Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
