Утром была полная блоха вместо того, чтобы спать дальше, стала помогать мужу собирать вещи в 6 утра. Потом оказалось, что он думал, это 8 утра. я из домины, позволяющей о себе заботиться, превратилась в боевого товарища. Из той же позиции дала ему 100 евро, ведь он бедненький, тратит на меня, недостойную этих трат. В посл время выбрала невкусный кофе, чтоб сэкономить его €.
Холодно, в акваланд не поехали. Скука, чб, нет ж это менять, нежел делать практики.
Общение с П по поводу А. Влб снизилась раза в 2,все равно есть будто 2 параллельных образа А. Делала записи о нём.
Повышенный фон фонового сж, эж после вчерашнего. Мелькают в воображении письки, хуи.
Едем домой, решили за 1 день.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
