Запомнила много деталей сна, ура!
Даже стояла во сне и разглядывала обстановку, там был какой-то непонятный дизайн бассейна, я пыталась понять как там всё соединяется:)
Прикольно, что во сне появилась бОльшая осознанность именно сегодня, когда я решила что буду сосредоточенной, внимательной к тому, что там происходит.
Положила ручку и блокнот возле кровати, чтобы записать и действительно записала, получила от этого удовольствие и даже новую ясность.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
