Проснулся в подавленном состоянии, потом захотелось дрч. И после дрч в течении дня, у меня щас повышенная возбудимость, хочется всякого разного сексуального и много. Полиз ус0-эф0. Отжался 200 раз за 20 мин по системе бо. Так намного легче, в отличии например от метода лесенки. Там всего 100 раз, но устаешь сильнее. Сходил, написал заявление в УК, столкнулся с социальным взаимодействием. На улице клево, и кажется людей мало. Август.

I like Fragmenter very much. Now I have extra motivation to change. It's a big difference – just write to myself in a paper notebook, or write in order to share my thoughts.
Fragmenter is cool – I start to think once and again why I'm so depressed and how I came to be like that.
